Chandan face mask for oily skin
If you have oily skin, you can use a homemade chandan mask to get rid of the excess sebum from your skin. To make this face mask in a bowl, mix one tablespoon of orange juice and two tablespoons of chandan pastes. Mix well and apply this on your face. Wash it off with lukewarm water once it dries and pat your skin dry with a towel.
Chandan face mask to get rid of acne and blemishes
If you have acne prone skin, not only your skin is vulnerable to breakouts but also blemishes. To get rid of the nasty acne and blemishes, use chandan face mask regularly. To make this face mask, in a bowl add one tablespoon of chandan powder, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Mix well and apply this smooth paste onto your face. Rinse it off after 3 minutes.
Anti-ageing chandan face mask
You can keep the early signs of ageing; wrinkles and fine lines at bay by including chandan in your skincare routine. To make an anti-ageing chandan face mask, mix 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of yogurt and 3 to 4 tablespoons of chandan powder. Apply this paste on your skin and after 15 minutes rinse it off with warm water.
Chandan face mask to treat sun tan
If you do not want to include products that are loaded with chemicals and bleach to get rid of your sun tan, you can always go natural and use a chandan face mask at home. To make a chandan face mask to treat sun tan, in a bowl mix one tablespoon of cucumber juice, one tablespoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of tomato juice, three tablespoon of chandan powder and half a teaspoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients well and apply this paste on your face. After 25 minutes rinse well with warm water and pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
